This (incomplete) hostapd compatibility pageĪnd have determined the Prism54 driver is the only one that might be suitable and the only hardware with the P54USB that I can easily purchase is I think all it should need is support for "Master Mode" in order to get hostapd which narrows down the hardware, but conflicting sources tell me this may not be enough (including reports of it only lasting an hour). So I have to use a USB wireless adapter - but I'm not sure which one (if any) will do what I need.
